New Mahogany Front Porch
This full-length front porch replaces a small rotted old step. The new porch
is built with mahogany deckboards. Each porch post was cut into a
tapered shape to enhance the period look. |

Each board was individually
fitted and attached with hidden stainless steel screws for
a perfectly smooth finish. |

The mahogany stairs,
handrailings and balusters match perfectly, and the beadboard
ceiling and lattice trim complete the elegant effect. |

Bay Shore
Victorian Porch Restoration
This historic
Queen Anne in South Bay Shore had some structural problems
on the porch. We repaired the damage, and painted the floor.
The porch railings and trimwork were painted to accent
the detailed turnings in the posts. |

Setauket
Cliffside Stairs Down to the Beach
This waterfront
home had no access to the beach at the base of their cliff.
The homeowner dreamed of a way to get to the water without
hiking through poison ivy. We installed deep concrete pilings
and built this staircase with 3 integrated platforms: The
top landing platform, the middle resting landing with a
bench seat, and the final platform and stairs to the dock. |

Small
Deck off Trailer Home
These elderly
ladies wanted safe access to their home, which used to
have a lightweight metal staircase. This new small deck
is very sturdy, with secure railings, and has stairs on
both ends. |
