New Portico

This Smithtown back door was plain and the awning kept falling down each winter. After the house was re-sided, I installed a new door and built them a custom portico. The new portico offers protection from the weather and makes an elegant statement in the newly landscaped yard.

Garage Doors

This old house in Bay Shore has a garage to match. The homeowner wanted to preserve the look of the old doors, which were too rotted to salvage. New custom fabricated doors are made of 2"x6" frames and exterior plywood for long life. Hung with new hardware the doors will last for many years.

Dining Room Windows with a View

This dining room had one small window facing the street. The entire corner of the house is now a new set of windows that overlooks Cold Spring Harbor to take advantage of the beautiful view.

New Garage Door and Overhang in Brightwaters

By extending the roofline of the garage over this newly installed garage door, the overhang now provides needed shelter.

The old overhang (at left) didn't offer any protection from the rain coming off the garage roof to the right.

The new overhang (below) provides shelter over the door incudes new vinyl soffits and recessed lights.

New Front Door and Sidelights

This Cold Spring Harbor home has a new front door, with new sidelight windows installed, and has been newly sided also.
